作为国有企业改革的一个重要环节,薪酬制度的改革将有效增强国有企业的人才竞争力。因此针对不同的人员建立起不同的薪酬制度,实现薪酬制度的多样性建设,也就成为国企经营管理者进行人力资源优化组合的一个有效手段。
As an important part of state-owned enterprise reform, the reform of salary system wiU strengthen the talent competitive ability effectively of state-owned enterprise. Therefore, based on different person to establish different salary system, the variety of constructing of salary system will become an effective means to realize the optimum human resource aimed by the state-owned enterprise manager.
