摘要
研究了利用超声固井质量检测仪所采集的井壁信号数据进行套管参数(包括套管内径、椭圆度、厚度及套管接箍位置等)检测的原理及方法,可以图像的形式直观显示.理论研究和实际测井资料处理效果表明该方法是有效的,从而能充分发挥该仪器的多种功能,大大降低生产测井成本.
rogress hassbeen made on the quality checking of bore-hole cementation using the ultrasonic technique after many years of research.The information of the first boundary and the second boundary can be obtained from the ultrasonic signals of a bore hole after the signals are processed.What will be discussed in the principle and the method of extracting more information from the signals,such as the inner radius of the casing, and the ellipticity, the casing thickness and the casing lug.With the method proposed, the method of finding the casing thickness,the variation of the thickness and the position of the lug can be clearly displayed and the error in the depth system can be corrected with the lug position found.The method proposed has been successfully applied in actual logging signal processing.
