乳酸菌素片治疗功能性消化不良效果观察

Efficacy of Lacidophilin Tablets in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的：评价乳酸菌素片治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的效果。方法：将63例FD患者随机分组，治疗组35例，在给予胃肠动力及抑酸剂等综合治疗的基础上加用乳酸菌素片4—5片，4—5小时嚼服1次，连续用药15天；对照组28例，仅给予综合治疗，连续15天。观察两组自觉症状改善程度。结果：治疗组显效12例（34．3％），有效20例（57．1％），总有效率91．4％；对照组显效4例（14．3％），有效13例（46．4％），总有效率60．7％。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．01））。结论：改善肠道内环境及调整肠道菌群也是治疗FD的方法之一。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Lacidophilin tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods：Totally,63 cases of FD were randomly divided to two groups. The treatment group （n = 35 ） ,in addition to routine therapy,was given orally 4 - 5 tablets of Lacidophilin tablets a time,4 times a day for 15 days, while the matched control group （n = 28） was given routine therapy, the efficacy of the treatment was observed and compared between the two groups. Results：Excellent response was obtained in 12 eases of the treatment group （34.3 % ） ;response in another 20 eases （57.1% ） ;the overall effective rate in the treatment group was 91.4%. Whereas,excellent response was found only in 4 eases of the control group;response in 13 cases;the overall response rate was 60.7%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：Improvement of intestinal tract environment and adjustment of its microbial population were shown to be one of the therapies of FD.
