论我国高等教育大众化中的入学机会不均等

Disequilibrium of Entrance Chance in the Popularization of Higher Education in China

我国高等教育大众化极大地增加了高等教育入学机会,但地区、城乡和阶层之间的高等教育入学机会不均等并没有因此得到有效的遏制与缓和,制度安排和政策选择上存在的缺陷与偏差是其中的关键性原因。为此,应在大力推进高等教育大众化的基础上,不断地通过制度创新和政策调整来积极促进这一问题的解决。

The higher education＇s popularization in China has greatly increased the entrance chance of higher education, but the disequilibrium of entrance chance between students from different regions and different social strata, between urban and rural students is not held back or alleviated. The main reason for the disequilibrium lies in the defect and warp of the planning system and policy making, Accordingly, we should solve this problem through innovation of the system and adjustment in policy on the hasis of improving higher education＇s popularization.
