摘要
人才供给与需求的矛盾使得大学生就业率成为人们越来越关注的焦点。高校人才有效供给的不足是造成大学生结构性失业的根本性原因。目前,大学生的就业状况显现出来的不仅仅是简单的专业供过于求的问题,而是更深层的人才培养质量的问题。重新定位高校人才培养目标,改革高校人才培养模式成为当前高校实现人才充分就业的战略选择。
The contradiction between provision and need of talents makes people more and more interested in the employment of college students. The insufficiency of effective talent provision is the root cause of the constructive unemployment for college students. Nowadays, the employment for college students shows us not only the excessive provision of specialties on the surface, but also the quality of talent cultivation in the further depths. The new orientation of the objective of talent cultivation and the reform of patterns of talent cultivation become the strategic choice of full employment for universities.
