摘要
基础教育课程改革能否成功,在很大程度上取决于教师。然而,在实践中,教师的课程“代言人”和“技术熟练者”角色以及缺失批判反思能力,在一定程度上引起了新课程改革精神失真并造成部分教师抵制改革。因此,教师角色的重建,是新课程改革取得成功的关建。
The success of the basic education curriculum reform greatly depends on teachers. In the practice, however, being the role of the "technical expert" and "spokesman" of curriculum, the teachers lack the ability of eritieally reflective thinking, which distorts the spirit of the new curriculum reform and causes some teachers to resist the new curriculum reform. So, the reconstruetion of teachers' role is critical to the successful implementation of the curriculum reform.
