摘要
合作学习是一种以小组为单位进行讨论、交流和学习的教学理论,目前在基础教育中被广泛应用。文章以裁员课堂教学实例为基础,讨论了合作学习在人力资源管理教学中运用的模式,希望能促进合作学习在高校中的推广。
Cooperative learning is a kind of teaching theory, which takes group work as a main form, and has been applied widely in the elementary educating. Based on the case of "reduce the staff" teaching, this paper explores the teaching model for human resource management course, and hope to popularize the cooperative learning at college.
