摘要
报道了利用HPLC-MS方法分离分析半合成工艺生产的7,8-二甲基-10-(D-1-核糖醇基)-异咯嗪粗产品的方法.该方法以C18柱为色谱柱,甲醇/水为流动相,通过优化色谱条件,使产品中各杂质组分都得到了很好的基线分离.并对产品中各组分分别做了定性指派和定量分析.
In this paper, a new analysis method for crude product of 7,8-dimethyl-10-(D-1-ribitol)-isoalloxasin using HPLC-MS was established. By using C18 column and methanol/water was used as the mobile phase. Under the optimal chromatographic conditions, all the components in the crude product were well separated. These components were identified by the MS data and were quantitative analyzed by HPLC using external reference method.
