当前,工程机械维修市场的运行模式正在经历一场重大变革,正在从封闭的自给自足的自我服务模式向开放的市场服务模式转变,其转变的特征有二:其一,多数施工企业都在大幅度精简自己的设备管理机构、削弱自己对机械设备的管理职能;其二,多数工程机械制造商(例如卡特彼勒公司)声称自己愿意、也能够为用户提供一切(诸如检查、保养、维修及更新)服务。由此可见,市场的两个主体——供方和需方都在自觉或不自觉地向着同一个方向使劲,其发展速度之迅猛是可以预见的;从事工程机械维修的管理者和技术专家必须认清形势,采取相应对策。
The operating model of Chinese construction machinery maintenance market is now being in a great transformation from a close self-sufficient service model to an open market service model. Most construction corporations are greatly condensing their machinery management organizations and weakening their machinery management functions. And most machinery manufactures, such as Caterpillar, have claimed that they are willing to provide the customers with every service including examination, maintenance, repairing, renewal and they are able to do those. The transformation is decided by the reformation of the national macro-economic management system and it is the inevitable result of the market economy development. Furthermore, the advanced service economy idea can be used to transform the object economy to the service economy in Chinese construction machinery industry. This transformation will promote the marketing course of the machinery maintenance market, and it is also a very important approach to improve and advance the competence of Chinese construction machinery industry.
