摘要
系统采用最新的PLC控制技术,红外和光纤传输技术及网络通信技术,用计算机控制和管理加速器,动态跟踪运行过程,监测和记录数据。为避免加速器内的强电磁干扰和电网的共模干扰,在硬件方面采取屏蔽、接地、增加旁路电路和稳压措施,在软件方面采取互锁保护、软限位措施,有效地提高了系统的稳定性。
The system adopts PLC control technique, infrared and optical-fiber transmission technique, absorbs net communication. By computers, the accelerator is managed, and working process is monitored dynamically, and data is recorded. To reduce the strong electromagnetic interference in accelerator and the common mode interference of electric net, some measures in hardware and software are adopted, including shielding, connecting ground, adding by-pass circuit, stabilizing voltage, inter-blocking protection and soft-spacing. These effectively improve the stability of the system.
