摘要
本实验探讨了新的外周性镇痛药筛选方法,并应用这一新方法,观察了人参茎叶总甙,分组甙及单甙Rb_1的镇痛作用。实验表明,以缓激肽为工具药,局部用于大白鼠脾系膜,以血压变化为记量资料,可用以筛选镇痛药物。结果证明,人参二醇组、三醇组皂甙及单甙Rb_1均具有外周性镇痛作用。
A new method for screening peripheral analgesic agents was used in studying the analgesic action of Ginsenosides. Rats were anesthetized by subcutaneous injection of urethane (1.25g/kg) .Median abdominal incision was made, the omentum and spleen were pulled out of the abdomen and fixed in a small specially made plastic chamber which was perfused with warm Tyrode solution (38℃ and at a speed of 5ml/min) .A reflex hypertension could be induced by adding bradykinin into the chamber.The response curve was dosely related. This hypertensive reflex could be antagonized by indomethacin. Therefore, with bradykinin as chemical tool, and the hypertensive reflex as the quantitative material, many analgesic agents could be screened.Our experimental investigation showed that PDS, PTS and Rb1 exhibited peripheral analgesic effect.
