摘要
上海中环线1.1标部分高架桥采用节段拼装法施工。结合工程介绍了节段梁预制过程中的短线法预制工艺,特别是模板系统设计、钢筋骨架成型、混凝土的浇捣成型、节段梁蒸汽养护等工艺。
Part of the viaduct in Contract 1.1 of Shanghai Mid Ring Rd Project is built using the segmental assembling method, and described hereby is the short-line workmanship in precasting the segmental girders, especially in the formwork design, formation of the reinforcing frame, concreting and steam curing of the segments.
