结合某货车驾驶室外形的测量,介绍了ATOS的测量过程。ATOS光栅扫描仪是目前技术最先进的三维扫描系统之一,该系统通过参考点对多个扫描视图进行拼合。货车驾驶室外形的快速测量是驾驶室设计过程中的重要环节,可以将实体模型转化为数字模型。ATOS光栅扫描可快速获取驾驶室覆盖件曲面的点云数据,并可利用ATOS软件系统直接处理所测量的点云,在实际运用中有效地保证了快速推出新产品的技术需求。
Through measuring the cab contour of a truck, measuring procedure by ATOS is presented. ATOS raster scanner is one of the most advanced three-dimensional scanning systems. It splits the many scanned views through reference points. Fast measuring of the cab contour is a key link in design of cab. It can turn a solid model into a digital one. ATOS raster scanner can achieve the dots data of the cab covering curve rapidly, and process it directly. In practice, it effectively meets the technique need of bringing forth new products rapidly.
