聚四氟乙烯膜管内植入自体神经组织匀浆桥接面神经缺损 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)膜空管单纯桥接及e-PTFE膜管内植入自体神经组织匀浆修复面神经缺损的修复效果。方法切除8 mm长兔左侧面神经上颊支造成面神经缺损,以e-PTFE膜管内植入自体神经组织匀浆和e-PTFE膜空管单纯桥接修复面神经缺损,分别于术后8周、12周行神经电生理、组织形态学检查。结果术后12周时,自体神经组织匀浆组面神经传导速度为(28.55±3.21)m/s,而空管组为(21.30±3.64)m/s;组织学上,自体神经组织匀浆组膜术后12周神经纤维排列整齐,延续连贯;空管组神经纤维排列较紊乱,结缔组织增生明显。结论使用自体神经组织匀浆进行神经再生室内移植可获得比单纯空管桥接组更好的神经修复效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect of using e-PTFE tube and e-PTFE tube containing nervous homogenates to repair rabbit facial nerve defect. Methods Eight mm defect of left superior bueeal divisions of the facial nerves was made and the defects were bridged with e-PTFE tube and e-PTFE tube with nervous homogenates in rabbits. The nerve electrophysiologieal test and histological examination were carried out to get the results of these two repair methods after 8 and 12 weeks. Results Twelve weeks after operation, the nerve conduction velocity in the nervous homogenates planting group was (28.55±3.21) m/s,which was (21.3±3.64) m/s in e-PTFE tube group. Histo- logically,the facial nerve fibers were arranged regularly and in continuity in nervous homogenates planting group, but arranged irregularly with marked hyperplasia of connective tissue in e-PTFE tube group. Conclusion The effect of e-PTFE tube containing nervous homogenates planting is better than that of e-PTFE tube alone in repairing the facial nerve, which could be a method for clinically nerve repairing.
