摘要
本研究应用19种单克隆抗体检测5例人类慢性B淋巴细胞性白血病(B—CLL)细胞的表现型,并据此进行免疫分型及细胞分化阶段的分析。根据表现型5例中有4例诊断为B—CLL,1例为幼淋巴细胞白血病(B—PLL),根据不同的轻链表达又分为κ型和λ型。4例B—CLL中有3例细胞处于中间分化阶段,1例处于中间与成熟分化阶段之间。1例B—PLL则处于成熟分化阶段。
Nineteen kinds of McAbs were used to test the lymphocyte surface markers of the peripheral blood from 5 cases of chronic B lymphocytic leukemia, using indirect immunofluorescence technique,The stages of leukemic cell differentiation and immunologic typing were assessed according to their immunologic phenotypes. The results revealed that 4 cases were diagnosed as chronic B lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) , 1 case as B pro-lymphocytic leukemia (B-PLL) ,and these were subdivided into k and r types respectively, according to their different expressions of a single Ig light chain.The malignant B cells in 3 cases of B-CLL are intermediately differentiated cells, the other one is differentiated as between the mature and intermediate stages in B cell development , and 1 case of PLI, revealed the characteristics of mature B cells.
