湛茂原油长输管线风险分析

Risk Analysis of Long Distance Petroleum Pipelines of Zhanmao

以输油管道设计规范为依据,计算管道目前状态的轴向应力、环向应力和径向变形量,分析管线腐蚀、占压危害因素对长输管道的强度、刚度造成的影响,从量化的角度评价湛茂原油管线被公路、建筑物占压后运行过程中存在的风险,并提出处理办法。

This article calculates the axial stress, circular stress and radial deformation. Then it analyzes the pipelines corrosion, strength and stiffness effects under the pressure hazard factor of the long distance pipelines. The pipelines risks during the operation are assessed quantitatively under the road and buildings. At last some methods are offered for them.
