摘要 本文主要介绍了指纹图谱技术在蜂蜜种类识别和蜂蜜活性物质研究中的应用,并提出了我国开展蜂蜜指纹图谱研究的意义。 Applications of HPLC fingerprints in bee honey and its bioactivity compounds were introduced in this paper. The significance of the study on fingerprints of honey in china was also discussed
