新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清和脑脊液C反应蛋白的检测及分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清、脑脊液C-反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hy-poxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)中的变化、影响因素及临床意义。方法28例HIE患儿作为病例组,20例无缺氧及严重感染患儿作为对照组,用免疫透射比浊法分别检测两组患儿血清、脑脊液中的CRP水平,并分别对不同病情程度及检查日龄的HIE患儿CRP进行对照研究。结果病例组血清及脑脊液CRP明显高于对照组(P<0.05),重度HIE组血清、脑脊液CRP均明显高于轻、中度HIE组(P<0.05),检查日龄≤72 h的患儿血清及脑脊液CRP水平与日龄>72 h者相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论CRP作为促炎因子参与HIE的发生发展过程,监测该因子对HIE的病情分析具有一定意义。 Objective To investigate the change and significance of C-reactive protein (CRP) in newborns with hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Metlmds Twenty-eight neonates with HIE and twenty neonates without oxygen deficiency and serious infection were selected as case group and control group respectively. The levels of CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were measured by immunoturbidimetry method, and the levels of CRP in different de- gree and course of neonates with HIE were analyzed by comparative study. Results The levels of CRP in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in case group were increased significantly, as compared with those of control group ( P 〈 0.05), and the CRP levels in serious HIE were increased significantly, as compared with slight and medium degree HIE ( P 〈 0.05), there was no significant difference in CRP levels between the neonates younger than 72 hours and the older ones ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion As an inflammatory factor, CRP may play an important role in the development of HIE and the detection of CRP is significant for the analysis of state of illness.
