小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎T细胞亚群及其它免疫异常的研究

STUDY ON T CELL SUBSETS AND OTHER IMMUNE ABNOR-MALITIES IN CHILDREN WITH HENOCH-SCHONLEIN PURPURA NEPHRITIS

文章介绍应用OKT单克隆抗体检测17例HSP和13例紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿外周血T细胞亚群变化情况。结果,HSPN患儿的OKT_4/OKT_8比值明显下降,与HSP和对照组差异非常显著,但HSP患儿T细胞亚群与对照组比较变化不明显(P>0.01)。认为HSPN患儿存在T细胞亚群失调,Ts功能亢进。另外,还检测了64例HSP和HSPN患儿的血清IgA、IgM、IgG、C_3值及60例患儿的CIC,结果,IgA、IgM值明显高于对照组,CIC阳性率为46.34％。

In this study we utilized OKT monoclonal anti-human T lymphocyte antibodies to determine T tymphocyte subset alterations in the peripheral blood of 17 HSP and 13 HSPN patients.The results showed that OKT4/OKT8 ratio in HSPN patients decreased evidently, and the difference was statistically significant when compared with HSP patients and the controls, while T cell subset changes in HSP patients was not obvious when compared with the controls (P>0.01) . We considered that this was due to functional imbalance of T cell subsets and Ts cell hyperfunction in HSPN patients. In addition, IgA, IgM, IgG and C3 in serum of 64 HSP and HSPN patients, and CIC in 60 patients were also determined, showing that IgA and IgM increased obviously and the positive rate of CIC was 46.34%.
