摘要
通过分析UOE制管工艺过程O成形时钢板所受的弯矩,分析了影响成形压力的主要因素,给出计算钢板O成形所需压力的两种计算方法,并将计算结果与实际情况进行对比,对UOE制管工艺的O成形压力工程计算有一定参考价值。
Main factors affecting shaping pressure are analyzed by studying the bending moment exerted on steel plate during O-ing process of UOE pipe manufacture, and two methods of calculating pressure for plate O-ing are giv en. Moreover the calculated results are compared with practical pressures. The submitted methods can be a directive in some way for specifying the engineering pressure of UOE production technology.
