摘要
简述了数值模拟手段对冶金炉热工设备的设计和优化的重要意义,并以新钢中板厂蓄热式加热炉为对象,按照1∶1的比例建立三维物理模型,利用k-ε湍流模型,耦合混合燃烧模型以及辐射换热模型对其进行非稳态数值模拟研究。结果表明:蓄热式加热炉能获得很好的流场、温度场和浓度场分布,满足高质量的钢坯加热需要;但在设计和操作方面仍有需要改进的地方。
The signification of CFD to the design and optimization of metallurgical furnaces and thermal facilities was introduced briefly. A regenerative reheating furnace at Xinyu steel was numerically simulated in 3-D by using the k-ε model combined with mixed burning model,and radiation model. The results indicate that the flow pattern and the distribution of temperature and concentration in the regenerative reheating furnace are favorable to satisfy reheating requirements of the high quality billet.
