摘要
通过选择和改进电阻炉控温方式,采用比例、积分、微分(PID)控制,提高了控温精确度和稳定度,对减少回火缺陷,稳定产品质量,降低消耗起到明显的效果。
The precision and the stability of control temperature are raised by choosing and improving way of the resistive furnace control temperature and using PID control. Meanwhile, there is a clear effect such as decreased tempering defect, stabilized product quality and reduced consume.
