摘要
25只家兔随机分为对照组、预防组及空白组8组。前两组均喂饲胆固醇,预防组同时腹腔内注射铬酸钾。空白组仅喂饲基础饲料。结果证明,微量元素铬能够显著降低血脂水平,抑制动脉壁酸性粘多糖的合成,改善高脂血症时机体出现的胰岛素抵抗作用,促进动脉壁cAMP的产生,从而有效的抑制了主动脉及冠状动脉脂质斑块的形成。
Twenty-five male rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group I was fed with 1 % cholesterol diet.Group II was fed with a diet same as group I and received a daily intraperitoneal injection of 25 ug of potassium chromate. Group III was fed with only normal diet. The results showed that chromium could significantly reduce the level of circulating lipids, retard the increasing of serum insulin level, inhibit the production of acid mucopolysaccharides and promote the synthesis of cAMP in the arterial walls.Thus, chromium is effective in protecting the aortic and coronary arterial walls from formation of atherosclerosis.
