枸杞子等八种中药提取液对体外培养细胞和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF FRUCTUS LYCII AND 7 OTHER CHINESE DRUGS ON CELLS CULTURED IN VITRO AND MACROPHAGES OF THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN MICE

本文应用细胞培养和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能观察测定的方法,研完了龟板、补骨脂、田七、枸杞子、莪术、五味子、木瓜和云芝对体外培养二倍体细胞形态、生长速度及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数的变化。实验结果提示龟板、补骨脂、枸杞子均明显地促进二倍体细胞的生长增殖速度,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,而木瓜能减缓细胞的生长降低巨噬细胞吞噬作用。本研究为临床应用和探讨其作用机理提供一定的实验依据。

The effect of Fructus Lycii and 7 other traditional Chinese medicines on the morphology of diploid cells cultured in vitro, velocity of growth, phagocytosis and phagocytic index of macrophages of the abdominal cavity in mice was studied, using the method of cell cultivation and determination of the phagocytic function of macrophages.Plastrum Testudinis,Fructus Psoraleae and Fructus Lycii obviously promoted the velocity of growth and proliferaton of the diploid cells and increased phagocytosis of macrophages of the abdominal cavity in mice? however, Fructus Chaenomelis showed just the opposite effect. This study provides some experimental basis for clinical application of the medicines available and for clar ifying the mechanism of their pharmacological effect.
