摘要
本文主要介绍了采用泓格的嵌入式网络控制器Ⅰ-7188、嵌入式控制器Ⅰ-8410以及远程I/O模块Ⅰ-7000架构的一套分布式平板硫化机组监控系统的设计方法、实施措施以及可靠性、安全性等设计技巧。监控系统和泓格的控制模块运行稳定,取得了一定的经济效应。
In this paper, a Supervisor Control System of Distributing Flat Sulfuration unit based on the ICPDAS＇s embed network controller I-7188 embed controller I-8410 and remote I/O module I-7000 Architecture. The system＇s design method executed measure and reliability and security, etc.. The operating result proved to be stable and has acquired some economy effect.
