摘要
文章分析了自动调谐消弧线圈现状及存在的问题,提出并实现了采用主从式结构的快速调匝消弧线圈、预调与随调相结合的调谐方式以及单相接地故障选线原理,并详细阐述了它的工作方式和软硬件设计。电网正常运行时监测系统对地电容变化,对地电容发生变化时精确计算电容电流,接地故障时进行全补偿消弧,并给出选线结果。从消弧线圈具有16档细调功能,故障时投入可以精确补偿系统对地电容电流,补偿精度达到1安培以内。模拟试验表明这种新型快速调匝式消弧线圈能够有效地熄灭电力系统发生的各种单相接地电弧,并可以进行正确选线,它的推出将大大提高中压配电网的运行可靠性。

And it introduces ways of adjusting and designing of the soft and hard wares. The device watches the variety of earth fault current when the power network works normally, calculates the earth fault current accurately when the network changes, and the
arc-suppression coil is quickly following-set to the full compensation point when the single phase-to-ground fault occurs. The auxiliary coil has 16 taps and can compensate the earth fault current within a precision of 1A. The results of the physical simulation verify that this new ASC can extinguish several of single-phase-to-ground arc, and can detect the earth fault current correctly. Its application can promote the reliability of the MV systems greatly.
