摘要
NandFlash具有存储密度高、容量大、价格低廉等优点,因而在嵌入式系统中广泛采用。本文介绍了一种基于NandFlash文件系统的优化设计。设计中综合考虑了NandFlash和嵌入式系统的特殊性,在ARM嵌入式系统中实现了对数据和存储空间的有效管理。
NandFlash is popular in embedded system, for its high storage density, large storage room and low price. This paper introduces an optimized design of file system based on NandFlash. The specialties of NandFlash and embedded system are taken into account in the design. The design implements the management of data and storage room efficiently in ARM system.
