摘要
配料是电弧炉炼钢中关系到钢水质量、冶炼工艺的一个非常重要环节,优化配料是保证钢水质量和节省成本的重要方法。目前大多数配料都是采用清晰型线性规划方法,没有考虑冶炼钢种的技术条件对钢水中各种元素的含量的模糊性,影响了优化模型的可靠性,而模糊配料约束线性规划模型为解决这个问题提供了一条思路,通过对冶炼工艺的模糊需求量和模糊等式的描述,建立了电弧炉配料的模型,该模型充分考虑了电弧炉炼钢的工艺要求,得到了适合生产需要的配料结果。
Charge proportioning is very important step for steel-making of EAF(Electric Arc Furnace),it relates to the quality of steel and smelt art.optmization charge proportioning is a key tool for the steel's quality and reducing cost.Now most charge proportioning applys clear linear programming not considering the technique documents" effect on the element contents in the smelt steel.So reliance is reduced.But optimized charge proportioning medel solves the problem by describeing the formulation for fuzzy demand and fuzzy equation. The result of using this model fit the need of production because of considering the art of steel-making of EAF.
