Investigation on Voltage Waves Measured by Clamp-On Pressure Transducer for Fuel Injection System

介绍一种检测燃油喷射系统的夹持式压力传感器和其测量装置，并且用该测试系统在喷油泵试验台和发动机台架上做了调整喷油器开启压力的试验，测得了各喷油器开启压力下的电压波、计算其特征值。最后，在分析上述测量结果的基础上，建立了一种判别喷油开启压力大小的方法。

In this paper a clamp-on pressure transducer and its measuring device for detecting the fuel injection system are described. The experiments of regulating nozzle opening pressure have been made on the fuel injection pump and engine test rigs by means of the system. The voltage waves are measured and its characteristic values are calculated at different nozzle opening pressures.Finally, on the basis of analysing above-mentioned measured results, a method of distinguishing nozzle opening pressure change is set up.
