摘要
随着燃气品种增多,品质变化,燃气互换性和火焰稳定性成为燃气燃烧理论与技术中极有意义的课题。本文从火焰稳定、热负荷、排烟量3个方面来研究适合于锅炉动力及工业加热类的燃气互换性;推荐了BFG+COG置换COG的互换准则。定量地计算了可燃物浓度、环境温度与反应速率、反应时间的关系;讨论了稳定强化燃烧的途径。最后,用集总参数法详细分析了钝体的稳焰机理。
The interchangeability and flame stability of fuel gases are becoming important tasks in the fields of combustion science and technology, since the categories and characters of fuel gases have changed in a wide range. The interchangeability for boilers and industrial heating furnaces is investigated on three aspects: flame stability, heat intensity and flue gases flux. The criteria for the interchangeability of combination gases (BFG+COG) with coke oven gases (COG) are presented.The influence of fuel gases concentration and ambient temperature on combustion velocity and time are studied. The methods of stabled and enhanced combustion are discussed. On the basis of a lumped parameters model the mechanism of bluff-body' s flame stability is proven.
