摘要
榨季用亚法工艺全产优级白糖常有困难。本文在实践的基础上探讨了有关问题,认为滤汁和回溶的丙糖是最值得澄清改善的,也提出了目前解决有关工艺问题的依据和措施,还介绍了如何设计实施“滤汁回溶赤精碱性气浮澄清”工艺改善生产的实例。
Usually it is difficult to produce quality white sugar by sulphitation process with all C sugar remelted in grinding scason. The problems are investigated base on proctice. It is very worthy to purify the filtered juice and the remelting C sugar. Basis and measure for solving the problems are proposed. In the last, the practice how to design the technique of' remelting the C sugar in the filltered juice then purifying the surup by alkaline flotation' is introduced.
