摘要
胃癌MGc-803细胞恶性表型较明显,细胞易形成集落。采用免疫荧光染色技术和荧光鬼笔环肽染色技术,观察磷灰石超微粉抑制MGc-803细胞增殖的同时,对MGc-803细胞的微管解聚。微丝网架破坏进行了研究,发现用磷灰石超微粉处理的MGc-803细胞增殖受到抑制,微管网架角聚,微丝骨架玻坏,MGc-803细胞集落形成受到抑制.
Human stomach mucous glandular carcinoma is characterized by its highly metastatic behavior. The colony formation of cell forms easily. Inhibition disorganization of microtubules and disruption of stress fiber were observed in MGc-803 cell treated with apatite ultrafinepowder by using tublin immunofluorescent and rhodamine-phalloidin staining methods. It was found that apatite ultrafinepowder inhibited the proliferation, colony formation, depolymerization of microtubules and disruption of stress fibers in MGc-803 Cells.
