粉碎过程功耗线性组合理论的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 借助一种专门设计的能准确测定破碎净功耗的双摆锤冲击破碎装置,对破碎过程功耗理论进行研究。建立了一个新的破碎功耗数学模型——线性组合方程式,并得到很好的实验验证。研究结果表明:1)用于破碎的功耗具有二成分性,所提出的线性组合式从另一角度证明“大量的粉碎现象是介于三大理论之间的”;2)破碎事件发生时,外力对物料施加的能量密度决定某种破碎功耗理论对该破碎过程的适用程度,即能量密度越大,过程功耗越接近面积学说,反之,体积学说更适用。 The paper presents a study of energy-size reduction relationship in crushing by means of a specially designed pendulum impact crushing device, which can give an accurate measurement of net energy consumptio as rock specimen is crushed. A novel linear combined form of energy-size reduction equation is proposed and well proved by the developed tests. The majorpoints concluded from the work are as follows: a) A duality of energy consumption exists in most comminution, which verifies in a unique way the ordinarily recognized saying 'most comminution behaviors exist between the three well-known theories', b) The criterion of suitability of a certain comminution law is tied in more with input energy density than particle size. Different energy density imposed on rock particle will lead to inclining or approaching to the two extreme laws (Kick-type and Rit-tinger-type).
