摘要
有关研究表明,影响燃料消耗的两个主要因素是车身的自重和摩擦损失。在一个典型的发动机系统中,摩擦引起的损失超过总功率的40%。本文介绍了发动机零件摩擦磨损机理和表面改性技术的研究工作,以及普通的和新开发的润滑技术,和发动机摩擦学的研究方法。进而探讨了为减少摩擦损失,在发动机零件上采用表面改性技术的发展趋势。
Studies showed that two major variables impacting fuel economy are vehicle weight and friction loss. In a typical engine system ,friction accounts for a loss of over 40% of total power. The investigations on friction and wear mechanism of engine components and surface modification technologies applied on engine parts to improve the fuel economy were reviewed in this paper. It also introduced ordinary and new developed lubrication technology and study methods of engine tribology. Further more, the developing trend of the application of surface modification on engine component to reduce friction loss was discussed.
