摘要
介绍了变功率、变移动速度感应加热淬火技术在小齿轮高频淬火中的应用。结果表明,该技术具有很高的柔性,小齿轮经高频淬火后具有较高的强韧性和疲劳寿命,可完全代替传统的渗碳淬火。
The application of the induction heating technology by variation of power and moving speed for quenching pinion was introduced. The results show that this technology is flexible and the high frequency hardening of pinion with this technology possesses high strength and toughness and has long fatigue life instead of the conventional carburization.
