严重多发性骨折并发ARDS发病机制的研究进展

Advances in the mechanism research of acute respiratory distress syndrome after severe multiple fractures

急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是严重多发性骨折并发症之一,骨科手术不当也可诱发。本病具有发病突然、进展迅速、死亡率较高的特点,创伤后或手术期间应予高度重视。本文就近年来严重多发性骨折后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发病机制研究进展作简要综述。

Acute respiratory distress syndrome is one of the serious complications after severe multiple fractures ,which may occur during improper orthopedic operation. The episode of acute respiratory distress syndrome is unexpected,quickly to get worse,and has a high mortality. Much attention should be paid to patients of post -trauma and during orthopedic operation. This review aims to discuss the recent pathogenetic advances of acute respiratory distress syndrome after severe multiple fractures.
