啮齿类动物脊髓损伤模型的研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 目前已经成功建立了多种脊髓损伤(SC I)动物模型,可从不同角度模拟临床脊髓损伤。脊髓损伤模型主要有脊髓挫伤模型、压迫损伤模型、横断损伤模型、缺血再灌注损伤模型和光化学损伤模型等几种。笔者对啮齿类动物几种脊髓损伤模型的原理、制作方法及其特点分别进行了介绍。 Many animal models of spinal cord injury have been successfully established to simulate its clinic status. The models can be classified as contusion model、compression model、transection model、ischemia-reperfusion model and photochemical model,et al. In this review,the author has documented the classification,principle and characteristics of spinal cord injury in rodent models.
