Some Reflections on Quality Education in Vocational Colleges

素质教育从本质上说是一种关系个体素质结构的平衡协调的教育。在高等职业技术教育阶段,高职生进校时的素质与现代企业对高职毕业生的素质要求的差距构成了高职素质教育的特质,解决两者之间的不平衡、不协调成为高职素质教育的全部内容。

Quality education is essentially a kind of education concerning the balance and harmony of various qualities of an individual. In vocational colleges, the gap between the quality of the students at the time when they enter the college and the expectation of their future employers provides the concrete task and the full content of quality education in these colleges.
