超声评价兔动脉粥样硬化病变的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的应用超声评价兔动脉粥样硬化在不同时间点主动脉壁的变化,进一步探讨超声对兔动脉粥样硬化病变的诊断价值。方法24只兔分别于高脂饲料饲喂前、高脂饲料饲喂8、16、24周行超声和病理学检查。结果高脂饲料饲喂前、高脂饲料饲喂后8、16、24周,血流动力学参数变化无显著性统计学差异(P>0.05);随着饲喂时间延长,不同时间点超声内膜-中膜厚度(I MT)、病理学I MT明显增加(P<0.01);超声与病理学比较分析,兔饲喂高脂和高胆固醇饮食8周时,超声即可显示主动脉壁的变化。结论超声可动态准确地测量I MT,监测AS病变不同时间点I MT的变化、鉴别兔动脉粥样硬化斑块内脂质和纤维成分、敏感地显示血管壁形态学的早期变化,但不能分辨斑块内微小的粥样病灶和钙化。 Objective To study the changes of aortic wall in rabbits atherosclerosis at different time points and evaluate atherosclerotic lesion with ultrasound. Methods All of the 24 rabbits were examined with ultrasound and pathology before and after feeding with high lipid and cholesterol diet for 8, 16, 24 weeks, respectively. Results There were no significant differences in hemodynamics (P〉0. 05) before and after feeding with high lipid and cholesterol diet for 8, 16, 24 weeks. Prolonged with feeding high lipid and cholesterol diet, internal-media thick (IMT) in ultrasound and intima-media thickness in pathology remarkably increased (P〈0. 01). Comparison of ultrasound feature with pathology showed that ultrasound might identify the changes of aortic wall after high lipid and cholesterol diet for 8 weeks. Conclusion Ultrasound can accurately measure IMT, and dynamically monitor the change of IMT at different time points. It also can identify the composition of lipid and fiber, and sensitively detect early morphologic changes of vessel walls. But it can not differentiate tiny atheromatous lesion and calcification from plaque.
