摘要
加固打印机是构造复杂的机电一体化系统.文中利用有限单元法对加固打印机的动态特性进行了理论分析,获得了系统的前15阶固有频率、模态和振型阻尼.理论分析计算的结果与实验测试结果吻合较好.通过对结果的分析,确定出系统的动力薄弱环节,为打印机的抗振加固提供了理论依据.
A reinforced printer is a type of structurally complicated device in Mechatronics. In this paper, a theoretical analysis of the dynamic characteristic of the reinforced printer is made by theuse of the finite element method. The first 15-order interinsic frequency, vibrating form and vibrating damp of the system are alSo obtained' The theoretically computed results are in clOSe agreement with the experimental ones' Through the analysis of this result,the dy'namiCally weaklink of the printer is found out, which is expected to provide theoretical basis for the reinforcedantivibration of the printer.
