摘要
目的:了解解剖M型超声心动图对冠心病室壁运动判定的价值。方法:用解剖M型、2DE超声心动图检测了31例冠心病病人与25例正常人(其中17例行冠状动脉造影)的室壁运动,并与冠状动脉造影作比较。结果:31例冠心病病人中,有23例2DE目测判定判定准确;17例正常人中判定正确14例,其敏感性为74.19%,特异性为82.35%;解剖M型超声心动图以增厚率<25%、搏幅<5m m作为异常标准,31例检测出25例,假阴性6例,敏感性为80.64%,正常人17例,解剖M型超声心动图判定正确15例,假阳性2例,特异性88.23%。结论:解剖M型超声心动图敏感性、特异性均高于2D超声心动图,对冠心病的筛选有一定的临床价值。
Objective: To know the value of Anatomic M-mode echocardiography ( AMM ) in detecting ventricular wall motion in coronary artery disease. Methods: The ventricular wall motion in 31 patients with coronary heart disease and 25 normal people ( 17 normal people undergoing coronary arteriongraphy )was detected by AMM and 2DE. The results were compared with coronary arteriongraph. Results:23 out of 31 patients with coronary heart disease were defined correctly by 2DE. 14 normal people among 17people were detected by 2DE. The detecting sensibility of coronary heart disease was 74.19% and the detecting specificity was 82.35%.The thickening ( 〈25% ) and the amplitude ( 〈5mm ) shulde be regarded as the standard for detecting coronary heart disease.By this standard, there were 25 patients with coronary heart disease among 31 patients detected by AMM with 6 false negative cases.The detecting sensibility of coronary heart disease was 80.64%.There were 15 out of 17 people detected by AMM with 2 false postive cases.The detecting specificity of coronary heart disease was 88.23%. Conclusion:Both the sensibility and the specificity of detecting of coronary heart disease by AMM are higher than those by 2DE ,which has clinical value in screening coronary heart disease.
