国产吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床研究

Gemcitabine plus cisplatin treatment for 31 cases with advanced ovarian cancer

目的：探讨国产吉西他滨（泽菲）联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法：泽菲1000mg／m^2静脉滴注超过30分钟，第1、8天，顺铂30mg／m^2静脉滴注超过3小时，第1-3天，化疗前30分钟推注康泉预防消化道反应，每21天重复1次，至少2疗程，治疗至疾病进展或出现不能接受的毒性反应，最多6疗程，每2疗程后评价疗效，复查包括妇科检查、胸腹CT、血CA125。随访30个月。结果：31例转移性卵巢癌共完成疗程数为123个，每个患者接受治疗2～6个疗程，平均4个疗程，随访率100％，获得CR2例，PR13例，有效率48．39％，生存质量明显提高。结论：泽菲联合顺铂对于晚期卵巢癌患者是有效的，毒性反应可以耐受，值得临床进一步研究。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of a combination of gemcitabine and cisplatin in advanced ovarian cancer cases. Methods：31 cases of pathologically comfirmed advanced ovarian cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including gemcitabine plus cisplatin. The treatment period included GEM 1.0g/m^2 in day 1,8;PDD 30mg/m^2 in day 1,2,3. Each cycle lasted for 21 days. Results： Out of 31 evaluable patients, 2 achieved complete response, 13 achieved partial response, objective response＇ rate was 48. 39%. Median progression-free interval was 8.68 months for the entire study group. Median survival was 15.58 months. The side effects were mainly myleosuppression and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion：Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin is effective, its toxicity is well tolerated in the advanced ovarian cancer.
