摘要
目的观察在白内障超声乳化摘除术中应用双线性技术能否有效减少平均能量及时间,从而减少角膜并发症。方法使用Millenium型超声乳化仪,应用双线性技术,术中随时调整负压,对260例(365眼)白内障患者实施超声乳化摘除术。结果术中平均超声能量研究组为11%±6%,对照组为18%±7%;平均超声时间研究组为1.13'±0.49',对照组为1.52'±0.66';统计学分析均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后三天时,研究组与对照组的角膜内皮细胞数分别为2307.46±388.45、2198.61±381.25,二者间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用双线性超声乳化技术,可在线性负压条件下使用超声能量,充分发挥拦截劈裂的技术优势,减少超声能量及时间,降低角膜并发症的发生率。
Objective To observe whether the energy and time can be reduced effectively by using dual linear technic in the procession of phaco, so the rate of cornea complication can also be lowered. Methods Phaco 260 patients(365 eyes) by using Milleninm phaco machine with dual linear technic and regulatable vacuum. Results The average phaco energy was 11% + 6% in study group and was 18% + 7% in control group. The average phaco time of two groups were 1.13 ' + 0.49 ', 1.87 ' + 0.66' respectivelly. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (p〈0.05) .The endothelial cell densities in study group and control group was 2307.46 + 388.45 and 2198.61 + 381.25 respectively at 3 days after phacoemulsification.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (p〈0.05). Conclusions The phaco energy can be used under linear vacuum condition by using dual linear ultrasonic technic. It makes the technical advantage of stop and chop more effectively, lesses phaco energy and time and lowers the rate of corneal complications.
