摘要
目的探讨牙体的螺旋CT三维图像和多平面图像的临床价值。方法应用螺旋CT对牙体进行薄层容积扫描,重建出二维图像后,传送到工作站进行表面遮盖法图像重建(shadedsurfacedisplay,SSD)和多平面图像重建(Multiplanarreconstruction,MPR),获得牙的三维图像和多平面图像。结果SSD立体显示牙的排列顺序、空间结构、牙与牙间的关系等,MPR在一次扫描下,重建出扫描部位的多个剖面的图像,获得更多的影像学信息。结论牙体的螺旋CT扫描及工作站处理方法对牙科诊断及治疗如阻生牙、进行种植牙有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of helical CT 3D imaging and multiplanar imaging for the teeth. Methods All the patients recieved Helical CT scan of their teeth. All the data were transfered to the work - station and processed with shaded surface display method (SSD) and multiplanar reconstruction method (MPB) to obtain the 3D and multiplanar images. Results SSD imaging demonstrated clearly the sequence, relation and spatial structure of the teeth. MRP could obtain multiplanar imaging via single scan. Conclusion SSD and MPR are valuable modalities in diagnose and treatment of the impacted tooth or implanted teeth.
