脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后顽固性头痛24例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 24 cses of cerebrospinal fluid replacement treating stubborn headache caused by subarachnoid accent hemorrhage （SAH）.

目的 探讨脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）后顽固性头痛的疗效。方法 回顾分析1996-2004年我院神经科应用脑脊液置换术治疗SAH后顽固性头痛24例临床资料。结果 应用脑脊液置换术治疗SAH后顽固性头痛效果显著。结论 脑脊液置换术是治疗SAH后顽固性头痛行之有效的方法，在基层医院值得椎广。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of the cerebrospinal fluid replacement treating stubborn headache caused by SAH. Methods By analyzing the clinical materials of 24 cases of cerebrospinal fluid replacement treating SAH stubborn headache carried out by the department of neurology in our hospital from 1996 to 2004.Results The cerebrospinal fluid replacement has a notable effect on treating the stubborn headache caused by SAH.Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid replacement is an effective way to treat stubborn headache caused by SAH,and it is worthy of extending use in the basic hospitals.
