摘要
本文通过31例骨原发性纤维肉瘤的临床实践及平均3年零2个月的随访观察,对其发病率、临床及X线表现,治疗方法及其预后进行了讨论。
From 1954 to 1988, we treated 31 patients with primary fibrosarcoma of bone. The lower end of the femur and the upper end of the tibia are the common sites liable to be affected. The disease is characterized by slow progress and symptoms not obvious in the early stages. Six patients were hospitalized owing to pathological fractures. In roentgenograms of the diseased bones, special characteristics of the malignant tumor were not obvious. Amputation or disarticulation was performed in 26 cases. Postoperatively, the patients were followed-up for 38 months in average ( 6 -96 months) . The 5-year-survival rate in this series was 13%. This rate was higher in patients treated with chemotherapy after amputation or disarticulation, and accounted for 3/4 of this 13% patients. Therefore, the authors believe that chemotherapy given postoperatively is one of the main methods for raising the survival rate. In addition, the morbidity, age of invasion and prognosis of the disease were discussed.
