女职工劳动保护工作是工会工作的重要组成部分。随着北京市国民经济的快速发展,女职工劳动保护工作方面出现了许多新变化,有许多新情况、新问题值得高度关注,需要新的探索研究,需要采取新的措施,只有切实做好女职工劳动保护工作,才能使女职工心情舒畅、团结奋进,才能稳定首都职工队伍的半壁江山,才能保证首都职工队伍稳定,从而保证首都社会的和谐稳定。

Labor protection towards women workers is the important component part of trade unionis work. With the rapid growth of national economy, lots of new situations, new changes and new problems have drawn wide attention. In order to maintain the stability of a contingent of capital workers and the social harmony, trade union organizations should do some new research, take some new measures and firmly implement the labor protection towards women workers.
