摘要
人才问题是关系高校改革和发展的关键问题。如何按照科学发展观和人才观的要求,认识党管人才原则的科学内涵,分析党管人才的工作现状,建立和完善高校党管人才工作机制,对于增强党的执政能力,实现人才强国、强校战略具有重要理论意义和实践价值。
Personnel management is a key issue in the educational reform and development. So the writer of this paper is concerned particularly with the Party administrational personnel in universities in relation to the principles of scientific management, analysis of the status-quo of mechanisms, and the improvement for the sake of the universities.
