摘要
目前,网络购物伦理环境面临的最严重问题是网络信任危机。网络信任危机实质上就是网络中人与人之间的信任危机。网络信任危机呼吁,发展网络购物不仅要重视电子商务硬件的建设,而且更要重视以信任为核心的伦理文化环境的营造。
At present, the trust crisis of Internet is the most serious problem in the electronic business confronts. The essence of Internet trust crisis is the very trust crisis between people going internet. The crisis appeals not only the establishment of electronic business hardware , but that of ethics cultural environment centered with trust in developing electronic business.
