摘要
通过对夹膜短路的现象进行分析,确定改善对策,并对改善措施进行跟踪评估。评估结果发现干膜的正确选用对改善夹膜短路产生明显效果,而且能降低总生产成本,提升良品率。
The article describes the factors causing overplating, and some measures are established. As a result, those measures reduce resist remaining obviously, which lead to cost down and quality increasing.
